Recover your PocketCHIRP purchase

Enter the email address used for your purchase and the Stripe transaction ID from your receipt. If a matching purchase is found, your existing activation code and a refreshed download link will be emailed to you.

For privacy and security, this page will not display whether a purchase was found or reveal an activation code on screen.
You can find this ID on your Stripe receipt or payment confirmation.
Your existing activation code is recovered; a new license is not created and your current device activations are not changed.
